Russell's Reserve 10 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey
Russell's Reserve is deep amber in color with a nose that is rich in vanilla, oak, toffee and a touch of old leather. The body is huge, and the palate is very spicy with notes of chili peppers, tamarind, almonds and cumin. The Whiskey was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2000 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
White Oak Akashi Blended Japanese Whisky
White Oak Akashi Blended Japanese Whisky is aged on average for 3 years and 8 months. It is a blend of 35% Malt & Grain Whisky made from wheat & barley. This is whisky blended in the scotch tradition, with Japanese precision, the malt is lightly peated, and vatting is mostly ex-bourbon, balanced by White Oak’s unique variety of barrels. Non-chillfiltered. This whisky has a malty, citrusy aroma with scents of black cherry, toffee and oak. Notes of vanilla and pine nuts dominate the palate, and lead to a long, malty finish.
Glenglassaugh Revival Single Malt Scotch Whisky
This is the chance to try whisky produced by the recently re-opened Glenglassaugh Distillery.
It was closed in 1986 but resumed production in 2008. This revival bottling is the first whisky to be made at the distillery since it reopened. Matured in a mixture of first and refill bourbon casks, this was finished for 6 months in first-fill oloroso sherry butts.
Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish Whiskey
An elegant and sophisticated style of Irish malt whiskey; Tyrconnell has a full and fruity aroma and citrus spiciness taste. An un-peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey with its origin dating back to 1762 at The Watts distillery which had a proud tradition of producing great whiskies.

Aberlour Forest Reserve 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Recently re-packaged and subtitled 'Forest Reserve', Aberlour's 10 year old is one of the world's top selling single malts. Along with the new look, there's been a slight change to the maturation regime - this expression has had an additional finishing in French Limousin oak barrels after spending most of its time in Bourbon and Sherry casks.
This bottling was first launched in 2014, to replace the Classic, and made it to Australia in the second quarter of 2016.
Triple distilled and matured solely in American bourbon casks. The result: a Lowland Single Malt Whisky with the sweet aromas of vanilla and coconut – along with the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste.
Deanston Virgin Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The malt is first matured in ex-bourbon casks giving the liquid a wonderful zesty character, and then finished in new (virgin) oak barrels which impart additional wood notes including subtle spiced aromas.
Certified organic, Deanston produce their own clean energy to run the distillery. Bottles and packaging use recycled and recyclable materials.
Lagavulin 8 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The new regular release from Lagavulin whisky that packs all the peat, smoke, salt, and classic Islay flavor of the beloved distillery into a younger, brighter, more assertive expression. Easily one of the best values from any distillery on the Queen of the Herbideas, the 8 year expression is a welcome addition to the Lagavulin portfolio. This release celebrates Alfred Banard's 1886 visit to this special distillery. The author of the legendary tome "The Whisky Distilleries of Scotland", recollected tasting a delicious eight year expression during his visit to the distillery just outside the town of Port Ellen.

Corowa Distilling Co. The Corowa Characters Wine Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky (NSW)
Corowa Characters pays homage to the four “lads” who make up the production team at Corowa Distilling Co. They are very serious about producing a world class product with a cheeky attitude that doesn’t take the industry, or themselves, as seriously. This whisky is combination of American, French, & Hungarian wine casks that have come together to produce a very approachable, flavoursome drink at a very attractive price point for an Australian single malt.
Hellyers Road Distillery Original Single Malt Australian Whisky (TAS)
As the name suggests, Hellyers Road original product, distilled from premium Tasmanian grain and some of the world’s purest drinking water. Matured in American Oak and bottled at 46.2% alcohol volume with no artificial colouring and not requiring chilled filtration. The distilling process ensures an enhanced single malt flavour delivering a well-balanced and very smooth spirit.

Dugite Whiskey (WA)
Like the deadly Western Australian snake from which it earned its name, Dugite Whiskey is smooth and unassuming but finishes with a bite. This is a skilfully blended grain whiskey, incorporating some of the distillery’s premium single malt whisky and mixed grain whiskey (barley, corn, wheat and rye), resulting in a smooth and well-balanced dark spirit.
