Already a sell-out at the distillery, the Backwoods team have used three varieties of Australian grown and malted barley. It’s a vatting of three 100L casks – French Oak ex-Brown Muscat, American Oak ex-whisky/wine, French Oak ex-wine.

Brown Muskat is one of only two styles of Australian wine that no other country can replicate, and is one of the richest fortified wines in the world.
