10 years in casks have been the minimum to can develop our Michel Couvreur touch: mellow, complex, third-complex savors. A part of the barrels left in the humid cellar (Oloroso, Amontillado), the other barrels in the dry cellar (Pedro Ximenez), made the malt whisky at 50% alc./vol. natural strength.
On 2022 09th February, 3000/700ml bottles and 30 magnums have been obtained.
