Due to the nature of the product, there is no refund. However if you believe the product is unsatisfactory upon arrival, please contact us immediately for exchange, credit or refund. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

Please make sure the address you have given is correct when ordering. Should the address be incorrect the item could be returned to us, the costs for returning and resending an item will be invoiced to the purchaser.
We do not ship outside of Australia.
