Payments

  • All prices are in Australian dollars.

  • Payment is required in full upon booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment can be made by bank deposit or credit/debit card over the phone (2.2% surcharge)

Cancellations and Refunds

  • A refund will not be provided if you cancel the booking with notification less than 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable as we have to purchase the stocks to secure your event.

  • In the case of an emergency, you will get credit to reschedule your event within the period of 3 months.​

  • Online Store: due to the nature of the products, there is no refund. However, if you believe the product is unsatisfactory upon arrival, please get in touch with us immediately for an exchange, credit, or refund. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

Pre-ordering  

  • Pre-order items are stocks that are not on hand, so a lead time of 2 weeks is applied to all orders.

  • Payment will be taken upon placing the order. 

  • When placing a Pre-Order for the Products, you must provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at barleyandmaltmelb@gmail.com if you need to update any of this information.

  • Please note that we will not be accepting cancellations due to the nature of pre-order items. Your payment is not refundable for incorrect choices or changes of mind, so please choose carefully.

Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your name or any information you provide via our website will not be sold, rented, or exchanged with any other organisation.

We practice Responsible Service of Alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol if we see fit. All attendees must be over 18 years of age and required to carry and present their ID. Service will be refused if a person is or appears to be intoxicated.

Bookings requiring travel outside a 15 km radius of Melbourne CBD will attract an additional surcharge depending on your location.

​

​

Whisky samples are at 40% ABV or higher. Driving after a whisky tasting is not advised.
