• Due to the nature of the product, there is no refund. However if you believe the product is unsatisfactory upon arrival, please contact us immediately for exchange, credit or refund. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

• Please make sure the address you have given is correct when ordering. Should the address be incorrect the item could be returned to us, the costs for returning and resending an item will be invoiced to the purchaser.

• We do not ship outside of Australia.
• Flat rate $15 for Australia wide delivery.
• Orders over $300 are delivered FREE.
• No PO Box deliveries.
• You will be given a tracking number that enable you to track your order.

Pre-ordering  

• Pre order items are stocks which are not on hand and therefore a lead time of 2 weeks is applied to all orders.

• Payment will be taken upon placing the order. 

• When placing a Pre-Order for the Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products.
